Outside the House

Trash

Please keep the trash dumpsters on the curb, so they can be picked up. Trash and Recycling are both picked up on Monday and trash only on Thursday during the Summer. Off season is only on Monday.

Hot Tub

Cover and Skimmer - To open, gently flip back the brown cover over the metal bar. To keep leaves, bugs, animals out, leave the cover on when not using. Please skim out anything in the tub before and after use. There is a pool vacuum if there is a lot of sand or other debris in the tub. This can be used with the hose near the outdoor shower.

Temperature - The temperature button will adjust it. When you leave, please set it to 100 degrees.

Bromine - The platic thing floating in the hot tub is a brominator. Remove the brominator when swimming, and put it in the water when not using the hot tub. Every Thursday someone will come to replace the bromine, but if it runs out the extra tablets are in the laundry room.

Water Level - The water should only be an inch or so above the jets. There is a line with the ideal level. If the water level is low, please use the hose to fill it up. Remember, people will be using the hot tub after you, so please fill it up before you leave. Hose can be connected to the foot spray on the outdoor shower.

Troubleshooting - if for some reason the control panel is off, please contact us immediately.

Charcoal Grill

On the back deck. Scrape the grates and clear out any ashes if you use it.  Please allow it to cool before covering it up.

Front Porch

Cushions for the porch furniture are stored in the coffee and end tables.  We recommend storing them if rain is expected to keep them dry. Please store before you leave.
