This beach house is located just 2 blocks (1/4 mile) from the beach and 2 blocks from Rehoboth bay making it easy to enjoy a day soaking up the sun and waves. It features a large open kitchen, family room, and dining area. Two full size couches and loveseat are perfect for family movie night after an evening on the boardwalk. The outdoor living space is the gem of this house - large screened in porch facing the sunset, huge deck, picnic table, charcoal grill, and hot tub.
Fast WiFi included with two smart roku TVs.
Master Bedroom : one queen bed and attached full bath
Bedroom 2: full bed
Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds - full bed with twin on top and a twin bunk
Living Room: Queen sofa bed and double futon.
Full laundry room and second full bathroom.
Private deck in rear with hot tub and large walk in outdoor shower (hot tub and outdoor shower are not available in winter when temperatures go below freezing)
Summer Season (June - August) - only 1 week stays (Friday - Friday) available
Basic sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided. We stock paper supplies, hand and dish soap at the beginning of the season.
House rules
We rent to families only. We do NOT rent to groups of individuals under 30 - Parents may not reserve or rent on behalf of their children. Absolutely no parties. Must follow rules, regulations, and responsibilities that will be shared after booking (individual making reservation must supply email address to receive the pdf file). Failure to comply with rules will result in eviction and forfeiture of payments and deposit.
Parking
There is parking in front of the house. Most areas in Rehoboth and Dewey have paid metered parking during the summer season and are free in the off season. Beach, Bay, and downtown Dewey are walkable. Rehoboth boardwalk is a little over a mile away. Easy places to bike around everywhere.
